Personalised online sleep support for families with Autistic, PDA and ADHD children who feel exhausted, stuck and desperate for a different approach to sleep.
You are not getting it wrong. When your neurodivergent child is not sleeping, it can affect everything – bedtime, the night, the following morning, school, work, relationships and your own ability to cope. This support is designed to help you finally stop the guess work around what to try next with your child’s sleep while being guided by a child sleep consultant who understands how neurodivergent sleep is different.
50% discount – For multiple children with different sleep needs, sibling sleep packages are available, book a free call to discuss.
“Bedtime meltdowns have reduced to almost zero and I finally have my evenings back.”
Leanne – Parent of 7 and 9-year-olds – PDA and neurotypical siblings
This could be the right support for you if...
- You have tried all the usual sleep advice and nothing has worked for your neurodivergent child.
- Your Autistic or ADHD child takes a long time to fall asleep, wakes in the night, or starts the day at 4am.
- You feel like family life revolves around sleep struggles, bedtime battles and exhausted, difficult mornings.
- You want practical tools and support from someone who understands sensory needs, emotional regulation and that neurodivergent children need a different approach to their sleep.
What this support includes
- A detailed first appointment with me to understand your child and family. I will give you a new tool box packed full of practical strategies you can use from that same night to start improving your child’s sleep challenges.
- A personalised, easy-to-follow sleep plan that works with your child’s neurodivergent brain, not against it.
- Fortnightly follow-up calls over at least two months so we can review progress and adjust the plan together.
- Weekly WhatsApp support so you can get your questions answered and feel really supported between catch-up calls.
- Evidence-based guidance enriched by neuro-affirming principles, with strategies that feel practical and realistic for your family life.
What changes families often start to notice
- Children begin to fall asleep more quickly and stay asleep for longer.
- Bedtimes feel calmer, more predictable and less like a battle.
- Mornings feel more manageable, with fewer arguments and less rushing.
- Parents feel more confident because they finally have a clear plan and support from a sleep specialist who understands Autism, PDA and ADHD.

FAQs
How is this different from standard sleep training?
This support is rooted in evidence-based practice, enriched by neuro-affirming principles. That means I build the plan around your child’s neurodivergent brain, sensory needs and emotional safety, rather than expecting them to fit typical sleep rules and expectations.
Instead, you will use sleep strategies that respect who they are, how their brain works, and what they need to feel safe at bedtime AND throughout the night.
Do we need a diagnosis before working together?
No. Many families I support are on a waiting list for assessment or suspect their child may be neurodivergent. You do not need a formal diagnosis to have my support.
Do you only work with families in the UK?
Most of my work is online with families across the UK, and I have also supported families in other countries too. All you need is a device for video calls.
