Frequently asked questions
Is this a live programme?
Yes. The programme includes live online teaching and live Q&A sessions. Replays are also included so you can catch up if needed and are available for several months after the course ends.
Will this be enough if my child’s sleep feels very complex?
For some families, the group programme is a great place to start. However if your child’s sleep feels particularly complex, you may decide that 1:1 Online Sleep Support or 1:1 Home Visit Sleep Support would suit you better. I can help you decide what would be the best fit for you and your family on a free call.
Can I join if my child does not yet have a diagnosis?
Yes. Many families are on a waiting list or suspect their child is neurodivergent. A formal diagnosis is not required.
