An in-depth home visit sleep support option for families who want highly personalised guidance and would value me meeting their child in person.
Sometimes it helps to have a sleep specialist right there in your home, seeing where your child sleeps, talking about their routines and the little details that are hard to explain on a video call. This option is designed for families of Autistic, PDA and ADHD children who want that extra layer of support.

Home Visit Package
This could be the right support for you if…
- Your child’s sleep struggles feel complex and you would feel reassured by a specialist seeing things in person
- You want me to meet you and your neurodivergent child, see where they sleep and understand more of your real family life and set-up
- You feel ready for a more bespoke level of sleep support
- You know your child needs a plan that takes account of their sensory needs, emotional regulation, routines, home environment and your family life.
What this support includes
- A 2 hour in-person home visit so I can meet you and your child (if they want to) and see where they sleep in real life.
- A personalised, easy-to-follow sleep plan built around your child’s neurodivergent brain, routines, sensory profile and emotional regulation.
- Fortnightly follow-up calls over at least two months so I can guide you step by step, encourage you and cheer you on.
- Weekly WhatsApp support so you can feel well supported between catch-up calls and can get your questions answered.
- Evidence-based guidance enriched by neuro-affirming principles, with practical strategies that feel realistic for your family.
Why a home visit can be so helpful
- I can see where your child or teenager sleeps, bedtime set-up and practical details that often matter more than people realise.
- Parents often feel more confident when the plan is grounded in what is actually happening at home.
- It can be especially helpful for children whose sleep is affected by sensory needs, anxiety, demand avoidance or very dysregulated bedtimes.
What changes families often start to notice
- Children begin to feel safer, more settled and less dysregulated around bedtime.
- Families start to see calmer and more enjoyable evenings. Fewer meltdowns before bed and their child falling asleep more easily.
- Parents feel confident because they have a plan tailored to their child’s neurodivergent profile and a sleep specialist in their corner guiding them and cheering them on.
“He’s now falling asleep in 20 mins and bedtime is a peaceful and positive experience.”

Home visit Package
How it works
Step 1
Book a free call so we can talk through your child’s sleep challenges and whether this VIP option is the right fit.
Step 2
Fill in a quick, mostly tick box questionnaire and one week sleep diary.
Step 3
I visit your home in the day, meet you and your child (if they are happy to) and see where they sleep. We will explore the sleep challenges together and I will leave you with new practical strategies to use from that same night.
Step 4
I create your personalised sleep plan and will guide you, encourage you and cheer you on through our fortnightly follow-up calls and WhatsApp support.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the home visit best suited to?
This option is often best for families whose child’s sleep difficulties feel more complex, or who know they would really value me seeing their home environment and possibly meeting their child in person.
How far do you travel?
Home visits are limited and depend on location and availability. This is discussed during your free call so you can see whether this option is possible for your family.
Will we still have follow-up support after the visit?
Yes. The home visit is just the starting point. You then continue with fortnightly follow-up calls and weekly WhatsApp support so you are not left on your own to work everything out. You don’t have to do this on your own any more. I will be there supporting you.
